Refund Policy
Mobile Eats owner subscriptions use Stripe-hosted billing. This policy applies to Mobile Eats Pro and other paid owner tools when those plans are enabled.
First paid Mobile Eats Pro charges are eligible for a full refund when requested within 7 days of the first paid charge, unless the account is associated with fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or terms violations.
After 7 days, Mobile Eats may offer a prorated refund or account credit for unused time in the current subscription period when appropriate.
Cancellation generally stops future renewal. Access may continue through the paid period unless a refund, account closure, or terms issue changes access.
Refunds, credits, or concessions above $100 require Joshua approval before they are offered or processed.
Request cancellation or refund help through the Stripe-hosted Customer Portal when available, or contact developer@zeststream.ai.
Do not send raw card numbers, CVC values, or full card data in a refund request.
Refund handling is also covered by the Mobile Eats Terms of Service.
